We have multiple talented henna artists available. This is great for larger events, events that want more elaborate henna designs, or for multiple campuses.
Bringing their own personality to the team, each artist adds their own henna flair and individual shine to your event.
- Every artist delivers the high quality henna and student interaction that you’ve come to expect from us.
- We practice inclusion and sensitivity for each event. Everyone is welcome! Our artists have regular DEI training with a focus on invisible disabilities.
- We prioritize safety for both henna product and germ spread. Every team member is fully vaccinated with CDC recommended vaccines, including yearly Flu vaccinations.

Meet Jody – Lead Henna Artist
That’s me! I’m the founder of both The Henna Experience and Beachcombers Henna Supply. I was first introduced to henna in 1999 by my Pakistani partner. Learning henna has been an adventure! I find henna to be the perfect combination of art, science, and history, so I’m always ready to geek-out with students about henna.
In addition to communicating with Everything But the Mime, I’ll contact you about event details and share info about your henna artist (either myself or one of our other amazing artists)!
Meet Alanna
Alanna has been creating henna magic since she was 14! She also reads tarot and loves weaving symbolism into her henna designs. With Puerto Rican roots, Alanna is a student of cultural symbology. She brings a sense of connection to every event and students flock to her.
Meet Ena
Our Puerto Rican Queen! Ena has been doing henna professionally since 2004. She specializes in bridal henna, and she brings lovely detail to her work. As a henna artist and nail tech, Ena is all about creating something fun and beautiful. Her artistry is as vibrant as her personality.
Meet Mary
Mary’s life is full of rhythm and art. She teaches elementary school music by day and has been creating henna art since 2009. As a trained teacher, she is fantastic with students, and loves sharing the art of henna. Don’t be surprised to hear her singing along to your event music!
Meet Asad
Asad isn’t a henna artist, but he’s a familiar face at our events. When we bring out the Fun Crew games, he’s the one setting them up and jumping in wherever an extra hand is needed. He’s our Pakistani behind-the-scenes go-to guy!
